Shipping Policy:

We ship all orders by USPS. However we reserve the right to use whichever carrier we choose to deliver your purchase.

All in-stock orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days. If an order is out-of-stock and we cannot ship it within 7 business days, we will notify you by email. If your order has not been shipped and you would like to make any adjustments, email your name, order number, and any changes to support@model419.com and someone will respond promptly.

Refusal of Delivery:

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred by Metal Cuts, L.L.C. Once we have received the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional $10.00 shipping charge. These are the costs we incur for reshipping when a shipping address is entered incorrectly. Orders that are shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges.

Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost plus any fees. These charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges.

International Shipments

International customers are solely responsible for shipping fees and Import/Duty Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority. Metal Cuts, L.L.C. is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. If the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws of your locality, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation. It is a requirement of U.S. and International law to declare all goods shipped internationally. The products offered herein are declared as "Smoking Pipes".
